The way in which we perceive ourselves is an interesting thing.
We all have a way in which we perceive ourselves:
What we say, how we act, what we wear and the things we do, which all make up our personality.
However, we cannot ever truly know how others perceive us, or how others perceive others.
We can guess at how others perceive us using the things that people tell us, (compliments observations) the way they act and talk around us and our own perception of ourselves; and we can guess at other peoples perception of others by what our observation of them is in correspondence with what others say/observe about them and how they act towards and around them;
But you cannot truly know and perceive a person in the same way that another does
you can only form your own perception of another based on your experiences with them;
and you cannot truly know exactly how you, yourself are perceived by others, you can only truly know how you perceive yourself.
And how you perceive yourself is indeed what truly makes you, you.
